LICENCE TO FLY-INDIGO CADET PILOT PROGRAMME

Eligibility criteria of Indigo Cadet Pilot Program

Eligibility criteria of Indigo Cadet Pilot Program are as follows-

• Age must be between 18 – 32 years old at the time of applying for indigo cadet pilot programme
• Candidates should be fluent in written and spoken english
• Should be able to obtain and maintain DGCA class 1 medical certificate
• 10+2 with 51 % marks in each of the following subjects including Physics, Math and English (NIOS is also accepted)
• Have a valid passport and unrestricted right to live and work in India and travel unrestricted worldwide

Selection Process for Indigo Cadet Pilot Program

The selection process have 3 phases-

PHASE 1 – Online Examination + Psychometry Assessment

Online examination for Maths, Physics, English and cognitive reasoning followed by a Psychometry assessment. There will also be a CASS ADAPT segment in which you have to demonstrate you multitasking abilities along with your focus, spatial orientation skills and smart decision making

PHASE 2 – Group Tasks

Group Tasks which will be conducted by and indigo panel in which they will check each candidate for their politeness, group work and many more skill relevant for aviation industry

PHASE 3 – Personal Interview

This round is the final round of the process where u will be asked a variety of questions regard each candidates their personal life, technical questions regarding aviation and some HR question related to INDIGO as well. This round will too be conducted by an Indigo panel and will check candidates with utmost detail.

After successfully completing all these rounds candidates will be signing a LOI (Letter of Intent) after which they will officially be part of INDIGO.
